Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website, Candid Wellness Reviews (candidwellnessreviews.com), is operated by
LDGMK Capital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We publish independent, plain-English
reviews of wellness products and link to third-party vendors (including ClickBank-hosted
offers) where you can buy them.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and any message content,
only if you voluntarily submit a form on this site (e.g. a lead-capture form).
- Server logs & technical data: IP address, browser user agent,
device/browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps, and campaign parameters
(utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid) — collected
automatically for every visit via our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our own
analytics logging (Cloudflare D1 database), used to measure page/ad performance.
- Cookies set by us: a short-lived split-test assignment cookie
(so you see the same page variant on return visits) and, if you consent, Meta Pixel
cookies (
_fbp/_fbc).
- Cookies set by third parties when you click an affiliate link: if you
click through to a product vendor (e.g. a ClickBank hop link), ClickBank and/or the
vendor sets its own tracking cookie on their domain to record the referral and pay us a
commission if you buy. We do not control those cookies — see ClickBank's own privacy
policy for details.
How we use this information
- To measure which ads and pages perform (page views, click-throughs, conversions),
including sending events (e.g. PageView, InitiateCheckout) to Meta's Pixel/Conversions API
for ad campaign measurement and optimization.
- For our own site analytics (traffic, which variant/page performed better in a
split test), logged in our Cloudflare D1 database.
- To respond to inquiries you send us and, if you opt in, to send confirmation/
unsubscribe-capable email (double opt-in).
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use your data for
any purpose beyond what's described here.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel & how to opt out
We show a cookie-consent banner before loading any non-essential tracking (the Meta
Pixel). If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or you click
"Reject non-essential," we do not load the Pixel or store ad-related cookies for that
visit. You can also:
- Control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time (this may affect site
functionality such as remembering which page variant you saw).
- Manage how Meta uses your data for ads at
Meta Ad Preferences.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies via the
Network Advertising Initiative (NAI)
or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) opt-out tools.
- Click through to the vendor/ClickBank's own site to review and manage the cookies they
set on their domain.
Email & double opt-in
If you submit your email, we send one confirmation message before you're added to any
list (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing is
immediate and recorded in our system.
Who we share data with
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — ad performance/conversion events (Pixel and
Conversions API), only after consent (or if GPC/opt-out is not active).
- ClickBank and the product vendor (e.g. the YU SLEEP vendor) — if you
click an affiliate link, ClickBank/the vendor receives your click and, if you purchase,
processes that transaction under their own privacy policy; we receive only a commission
notice, not your payment details.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — our hosting, content-delivery, and database (D1)
provider; they process traffic/log data on our behalf to run this site.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone
outside the parties listed above.
Data retention
Server/analytics logs (views, clicks, UTM data) are retained in our database for as long
as reasonably needed for ad-performance and site-analytics purposes, generally no longer
than 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Email addresses you submit are
retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever comes first.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 13 (in compliance with COPPA). If you believe a child has
provided us personal information, contact us at
contact@ldgmk.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at
contact@ldgmk.com.
US state privacy rights & "Do Not Sell or Share" (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California (or other US state with a similar law) resident: we do not sell
personal information for money. To the extent sharing data with advertising partners (like
Meta) counts as a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA or similar state laws, you can opt
out at any time by clicking "Reject non-essential" on the cookie banner, enabling Global
Privacy Control in your browser, or emailing
contact@ldgmk.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." You
also have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request its deletion — email
us at the address above to make either request; we will respond within the time required by
applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest
revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
